Abstract

Educators and administrators are constantly working to improve classroom management. The
curriculum and instruction can be excellent, but without a well thought out classroom
management plan, it is unlikely that students will gain the maximum benefits in the learning
environment. The classroom is a place of diversity and the learning environment includes and is
affected by the personalities of each student and teacher. Educators and students alike come to
the classroom with their own expectations. Those expectations are both spoken and unspoken.
